- Accounts Receivable—Halcyon will manage your billing process, including initial billing statements and communication to association members about online bill payment options.
- Accounts Payable—Halcyon will handle payment of all association expenses, keeping and reporting detailed records.
- Delinquent account collections – Halcyon will handle delinquent accounts according to each board’s preference, sending delinquent association members follow-up notices, informing them of late-charge fees, and making personal contact when needed to ensure fees are paid and the HOA can operate properly according to their budget.
- Monthly Reporting – Halcyon will email monthly account statements and Delinquent Owners Reports, including collections status, to board members. Monthly account statements include balance sheets, transaction and check registers, and closing reports.
- Budget Preparation – Halcyon will prepare annual budgets, sending to boards for review and approval. Halcyon not only looks at current needs, but accounts for unexpected expenses and future planned projects as well.

TOPS [ONE] is a state-of-the-art software specifically designed to aid the management of homeowner associations with the latest technology and reporting needs. The software allows Halcyon to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and for homeowners to easily and securely access their account information, including the ability to update their information, contact management with service requests and violation reports, and view their payment records and account balance.
